Pretty poor by board not ensuring major shareholder was onboard before advancing things. My understanding is the Mt Windarra was a compliance project whilst waiting for CPS and Jason Peterson to introduce something else down the track. ASX were consulted along the way. Could be continued suspension until something is sorted out.
