Actually, this is one time I disagree slightly. There is a remote chance the company can keep going for more than a few months by doing a consolidation, of something like100-1, then doing another cap raising with the new theory of working with mid sized housing or whatever hopefully selling more units.
Also change some of the units to 100kw+ for an industrial sized unit for industries that need power 24/7 without any possibility of blackout (hospitals?). But change things.
Doing anything is better than closing up shop for management.
For individual punters though, Run Forrest Run, if there is a blip up in the SP after the consolidation.
If the company does not do a consolidation, it's just plain stupidity, it's the only option left to keep going.
