The only conclusion I can come up with is that the initial TIS data and pics where fake. If a satisfactory answer is not forth-coming then I will consult the legal eagles. A company cannot go from TIS - 'it works but the sample size was too small' to FTT - 'nah it doesn't work', without a very good explanation.
