It is a crossed trade - a broker has a buyer and a seller at that agreed price
I was a TIS LTH - I let it go at open - time to move on and make this opportunity one not to pay tax on future earnings.
The buy/sales at .002 Vs .003 I presume is buyers at .002 immediately adding their buy to the .003 sell side for a quick 50% profit at the misery of others. It will take a minor miracle to get much past .003 in my view.
