How many times does it happen,, well not as drastic as FTT etc but only 5% of Biotechs manage to commercialise a product and provide a financial return for shareholders...
Now I only trade Inflection Points and Catalyst moments,, in and out thanks win quick ,lose quick either way...
There are 3 main sweet spots in Biotech,, completion of Phase I " They Have Something" Run Up to Phase II,, current shareholders wanting to build on their holding and FOMO crew who just heard about the company..
Interim Results from Phase II really give a shot of confidence so expect a spike here..
lastly as it crosses the finish line Phase III or T/O or mega licensing Deal.
Now I only invest in Biotech that generating income,, I dont care how much but it demonstrates the ability to commercialise something and that the burden of constant CR's is reduced,,plus if it goes toes up on a pipeline product it still has its income from the commercialised tech.
Those that I really get behind I go in fairly heavy, early and try and free carry as much as i can through Phase II.
I feel for those that have lost money on this company,,, especially those that were long termers...
Hi @NZTrader, Are you still holding as i read many posts during the TH and many were quite excited by the coming results.
I, like@Nccc have an order way down the list at .002c, as i feel this is well and truly oversold, given their shell/cash position.Cant blieve or understand the savage result from 7.4 cents to .002/.003.Never seen anything like it.
Personally, i think once the dust has settled, this has real potential to move up from this incredibly low level.
I doubt we will ever see the levels prior to the TH last week, but certainly in the 1 cent level is achievable.
Now i have to play the waiting game and see what occurs, but if any violume kicks in at .003 i am happy to take .003. But while there is a decent sell at .003, will wait in that long .002 queue.
