do we have any idea of the revenue/ margins?
they say what the productions for billets etc, but what i'm trying to get a feel for is the scoping level economics.
If you're going to spend 1.8 billion, and up to 4b,
then on a project as such, would you at least want an IRR of say 20%???
Implying margins of 360m+ ???
