Can you please stop saying scoping level economics, it's making my brain hurt. There is plenty of info on Boulder on the web post 2007.
Plus pre market crash, the world was different place in reference to where we thought countries were booming and not.

None of us can do all your research for you. There is plenty of info and links and past thread on this site, and others.

This project, as of very recently was deemed profitable. I don't know if this stock stands to be a mega hit, but it will be a respectable hit.
