While Novonix works on bringing the PUREgraphite plant into operation and the company becoming cashflow positive. We'll know more with the next company update as to when they expect this to occur.

The EV market continues to grow at accelerating rates. Demand for the company's PUREgraphite anode is expected to follow these accelerated rates of growth. The grid storage market, where Novonix visited the South Korean electricity companies in late January to discuss potential new deals in 2019 is in addition to the EV market. (We discussed this in January on this forum)

We need to wait for Novonix to confirm whether the $4.1million of the $15million St Baker Energy Innovation Fund's investment into NVX, to accelerate the PUREgraphite plant means, we are in production sooner than previously stated.

An All-Electric Ford F-150 Pickup Truck Is Happening

Ford sells almost 1,000,000 F-150s each year. Each one will contain approximately 135kW battery or around 75kg of graphite. This carline alone will demand 75,000tpa of graphite. Then you have the Dodge Ram at 550,000 units per annum, Rivian at 50,000 units per annum and GM Silverado at 500,000 units per annum.

In addition to the PUREgraphite anode sales, Novonix is also developing Electrolytes as a separate revenue stream.



The Electrolytes that Dr Chris Burns and Dr David Stevens have been working on since Q4 2018 will add to this revenue stream, once they prove they have a product in this area of the EV market too.

The forth pillar of future revenue that Dr Mark Obrovac and the dozen PHD Students at Dalhousie University, working with Novonix's sponsorship, seem to be working on developing new Cathode materials (Other Battery Materials stated above).
