. what premium - the SP is well below the stock's intrinsic value for its stage in the mine development life cycle.
Re no choice - there are a number of Shareholder Action Groups operating that have taken on companies, ASIC, the Government. The open range days of company management doing their own thing without being held to account are rapidly coming to a close. The days of self regulation are over.
