Thats tough one to answer Mate. Esh above has clearly posted his feelings on the subject. As for us since our last MD left (still major holder though) we have been a bit rudderless. We had a Take over offer from RRL that I believe most shareholder would have wanted at the time or in hindsight. So a pretty unique set of circumstances.
Clearly the major shareholder who have been on board the best part of 4-5 years without selling felt that the Stock price would benefit from this change. Either in terms of how quickly we achieve the desired price or greater value through more time.
