Interested if you could provide more detail on this? If they dispose of the asset do they only need approval of a majority of shareholders and not 90% like in a full takeover?
If true, this seems like a bit of a backdoor that kind of makes a 10%+ blocking stake irrelevant.
I haven't seen this scenario play out in other ASX companies. Any examples?
