Sorry for the delay with the feed back from the AGM, I wanted to ensure the company was happy with me posting what was said.

As I said, I didn't attend so the below is from what I was told.

Firstly great news all the resolutions were passed, this will enable the company to move forward especially with Freshero & Supra. The elephant in the room is the Appendix 3X & 3Z announced to the asx. Julian Atkinson resigned - reason not stated, and Nathan Lude was appointed a Director. I wont expand, but consider this to be good for the company. They apparently wont be making an announcement other than what's on the asx already. Nathan's profile will be updated on the web site. Those announcements tend to be a bit frivolous anyway, they just thank them for their services etc etc

They went through the presentation which is available to download, though not a lot of new info in it. More was revealed during question time...

They are in the process of listing on the CSE (Canada), not much more info was given, my own comment is this will be great for our share price. Australia is fairly backward with regard to MJ stocks & even fresh foods which we take for granted. The Canadians know the value of the MJ sector and have to import much of their fresh produce.

They have another 6 clients, in addition to Frozen Penguin, they are doing Grow Room designs for. I presume this is for both Machines + Fertigation.

They also mentioned Adam Clode would be taking over as MD from Michael Carli - no time frame mentioned? I presume fairly soon.

I have met Adam several times and have had numerous phone conversations, he has been with RGI from pre IPO as Carli's right hand man. Adam has been instrumental in putting together the 3 major deals as well as improving investor relations. You will have noticed the vast improvement in reporting, web site, presentations etc in the last 12 months which is Adam's doing. He is very aware of shareholder expectations & works very hard to progress the company. He is Australian though lives in Canada. IMHO this will be a very big plus for the company.

They mentioned there would be quite a bit of news coming out over the coming weeks/months.

ps I googled listing requirements for the CSE, didn't see the requirement for $2m, in fact the requirements were quite low - do you have any links?
