Some solid dilution to come now, but the dilution brought on by these resolutions will make the company worth much more.
Plus a lot of the dilution is based on performance shares with targets based on revenue figures. Very good IMO.

Very happy now that Freshero will have one of their people as a director of RGI too
I noticed in the AGM presentation that Gibio's first facility is to commence construction in Q2, I was under the impression that it was to be Q3, can someone who attended the AGM comment on this?
