Seuss there is a live 249D that has to be dealt with with a democratc vote of shareholders or court and regulator intervention.
There are no hidden agendas of company take overs from the shareholder group nor its associates whom have come on board to assist the long suffering shareholders of this company before this company is delisted and hope of retreiving some of their investment into PDF.
The pertitent issues in this company are the statements made publically via announcements or in writing to shareholders that never come to fruition then BOD blame an industry, media and indivduals for their non deliverance.
Over the last 2 1/2 years there have been so many breaches of listing and continuous disclosure rules by the BOD of Pacific Dairies that if they were not so serious it would be laughable. We have to remember that this is a publically listed company that has been dealing with investor funds..
There have been so many changes of advisors, brokers, capital raisers, solicitors and the direction path the company is involved in and the important question is WHY?
It is a very real senario that if the present BOD remain then the company will be delisted in the next few months but with a change of board an extension of time could be achieved with a new board to clean the company up and deliver some return to investors.
