I thought their previous announcement in regards to the 249D...

I thought their previous announcement in regards to the 249D stated they would combine into this meeting ? Which they did not.....quote -

AnnouncementNotice to Call Shareholders Meeting

In effect this motion is no different to the Spill Motions facing Shareholders at the Spill Meeting scheduled for February 1, 2019, with the said individuals seeking to replace the current directors. As such the Board deems it in the best interests of shareholders and use of their funds, to join the two meetings as one, such that shareholders can vote on the Board composition on that date."

Purpose, can you clarify for the forum pls how they can state as such above, then not act and now it seems they will not bring the 249D to conclusion within the next 6 weeks. 

Seems to me to be a very brutal time delay strategy from the BOD's which will push this very close to the automatic de-listing deadline.....whilst they control the vote to get them out.
