I write to congratulate and thank MalcolmD and all SAG team members, the new board members, and the MLM shareholders for their actions and persistence in winning the battle at the EGM.

I'm certain that the new Board have numerous priority tasks crowding their to-do lists and I certainly hope that in the short term, the transition from the previous directors has been closely managed/supervised so that MLM records have not been interfered with or otherwise sanitised. 

However, I also hope that at some stage soon the new board and management will undertake a forensic review, and let shareholders know what occurred in the lead-up to the Melior push. In particular why did the Uruqhart Project haul road appear to be delayed for so long, with its associated depression of the MLM share price (to what might concievably have been Melior's apparent advantage), yet the haul road approval was (perhaps miraculously) obtained just when the initial EGM was called.

So my question here is, is there any evidence that the haul road approval was suppressed or not announced while the Melior deal was being negotiated?

And whilst I’m on my soapbox, is Simon still employed as the CEO or a similar management position?
“In my opinion, all shareholders should bare in mind and continue to hold Simon and the old board accountable for the dirth of communications that went on for many quarters well before the Melior takeover was mooted”.
