I assume that the Board must be aware of the high level nature of the regular discussions and interactions with Imec (particularly as Dr Anout sits on the Board), but would not get into the technical intricacies in the Board meetings

Nature of the technology is that it comes down to the objective data.  They can't really say anything until they have received and analysed the data from the next wafer lot, and are confident in what they're able to communicate to the market.  All we know is that we will get an update once they've assessed the data and they've said many times they expect this to be before the end of the current quarter. 

Would be dangerous for them to comment on how things are going or speculate on whether they think the next lot will be a success - as the proof will be in the eating of the pudding rather than how good or otherwise they feel about how they've made the pudding.  Therefore I'm not surprised there was no "news" from the meeting.
