Hi all
I attended the GM today. The 4DS Board have not received any progress update since the update on the 1st iteration. They expect to receive an update before the 31 March but don’t know exactly when.
They said the only real change to the constitution was that previously when an email was sent to a shareholder and it bounced back it was considered not sent but now it is considered sent.
Finally, they have cash to last 12 months.
So, no news, it is just a waiting game.
