So 190mil or 8%  at AGM.

Top 3 : Kalgoorlie Mine + J.P Morgan..+ Rachel D'anna hold 185 mil or 7.89% compared with 8% vote at 2018 AGM.


Assumed these 7.89% done the voting.
The difference; 8% - 7.89% = 0.11%
0.11% # 2.3mil/shares might send proxy.

No shareholders attending  2018 AGM maybe that's why no Chairman Address to Shareholders this year.


Thinking Positive side : Holders of 92% shares total trust BOD so gave them full power to deliver perfect results at Lac Rainy Graphite Project.
