AGM 2018 :
Don't have " Chairman Addresses to Shareholders " ?

Did anyone attend MLS AGM Last Month 30-Nov-2018 ? Please give some informations .

Did the MLS Chairman attend the AGM?
If yes so why we don't have "Chairman Addresses to Shareholders " ?

If no , How all resolutions passed without Chairman?

Hope new  Secretary, Mr Martin Stein , knows how to handle the job, not just fill the position .

Hi MLS BOD ,

The time now is 3AM .
Date 01-Dec-2019 .

I ,as the MLS shareholder , am still waiting for " 2018 Chairman Addresses to Shareholders ". From 2018 AGM.

Chairman, Managing Director, Secretary 's duty is send out the AGM documents.

I am as a Shareholder's duty is to read properly what BOD has sent out.
That's called " Respect and self-respect ".

Now is the Bed time but I'm still waiting.

Hope you all perform your duties (sendind) so that I can perform mine ( reading).
