I suspect he is there to provide some up ramping for a stock that holders in general felt ripped off and are peeved.

Most posts he wrote say things like--- hang in there--- the price is going up --were great miners---we have a big ore body---drills are dripping with gold...were a great team that know how to min etc etc.

I'm sorry I didn't look that far back before buying as the complaints have been consistent for past couple of years.
