First step in order to begin the process of cleaning the house has now been taken care of. If ever there was a more relevant time to reference the old poker analogy - it would be right here, at PDF, for the board and current directors to realise that - “you gotta know when to hold them, know when to fold them !”

There are no cards left to play....holders have spoken and I too am amazed at the unity shown by the majority in following the alliance as mentioned earlier by @Purpose - whom has covered all events so precisely over the last 6 months or so.

It must be said - such a well led and constructed alliance that is on the way to offering at least a shred of hope for the possible recovery of any shareholder value here whatsoever. It’s the beginning, yes - but a damn good start after suffering 2 years of inactivity.

The current directors best just lay down and move on....that would be the smart move to make. Trouble is, not sure if they have the smarts. Did someone mention directors liability insurance ?
