Geee you jump ahead of things. From the announcements I read the AGM just got its spill motion up so there are some steps to take before a relisting can occur.Whether they call the meeting within the next 30 days or let it run out to 90 days doesn't matter. What does matter is the spill motion got up and now it is about the next meeting and who will stand for election or re-election and what their proposition is. Personally I don't think PDF is in a position to relist or receive a project until it gets its own house in order and that will take some time and effort. The new incumbents will need to wash out the company and get it in tip top shape otherwise it wont be appealing for injection of a project and wont cut the mustard to relist on the ASX. There are compliance matters, financial matters, potential legal matters and a mishmash of other capital issues all to be resolved or mediated if what we read in here is correct before anyone will want to put coin or opportunity near this place.
Don't think any of that will happen overnight but it will happen.
