With regard to the BPH AGM, did anyone else wonder why:

1) Not all of the Breeze/Trandcorp/Grandbridge Ltd/Grandbridge Securities shares had been excluded in the vote on the Resolution of the remuneration report as per the voting exclusion notice in the AGM notice of meeting? (Ref 1) 

As the total number of votes was the same for all Resolutions at the AGM (as per the published results), did they:

a) not vote at the AGM, or

b) is it an error in the published results?

2) Why Hongmen capital did not have their votes excluded on Resolution 6 as per the voting exclusion in the AGM notice of meeting?

3) Why Protax Nominees did not have their votes excluded on Resolution 9 as per the voting exclusion in the AGM notice of meeting?

If these are indications that there are errors in the published results, are the published outcomes of the Resolutions accurate?

No change in Substantial Holding notice has been uploaded to the ASX platform regarding the issue of the shares to Protax Nominees despite this issue being announced on 25/10/18 (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20181025/pdf/43zmg8xb43gfr5.pdf), the Appendix 3B also nominating that this transfer had occurred (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20181025/pdf/43zmgbskxrdx9g.pdf) and in Resolution 8 of the AGM notice (part of the share issue).
