4. They have funding, however insufficient funds to take them to mining in my opinion.

They dont own the Mining Leases, they only own the EPM's, ownership off the Quarry will give them ownership of the Mining Leases.

SEI only has a "sub lease" to enable them to mine and process the tailings. To mine the mineralised waste and the open pit they need to aquire the Quarry.
