The dark side of proxy voting.

The prior board despite their flaws would have NEVER stooped this low!

Looks like shareholders have been steamrolled at the AGM for the first time ever in this companies history!?

Seems like another poster's assessment may be on the money.

A total lack of respect for shareholders wishes.  Reminds me of the Liberals.
