I don't think it is another lie. I'm not sure that there have been any lies so far anyway. No doubt things will be taking as long as it takes. There will be no wish to rush things and perhaps spook New Era by some oversight or failure to sought out any concerns. They have already had the disappointment of the previous enterprise that they were just about to reach an agreement when negotiations or talks fell over. So let's just be patient and keep fingers crossed.

Personally I like the prospect of getting involved with New Era more that the previous option of some industrial outfit.
