The results of the meeting (as shown on the ASX) indicate that all resolutions were passed with substantial majorities. The announcement is simply a chart showing the numbers of votes for , against and abstaining on each of the 7 (?) resolutions. No comments or record of what was said in addition to the voting. Maybe there will be a released statement later......hopefully.
