Judging by the AGM votes, few HC posters voted against the motions (other than moi) .... reinforces my notion that HC accounts for very few shares in the grand scheme of things. But one motion had a very substantial against - 32% voted against the reappointment of Les Davis as a director whereas 95%(??) voted for Chairman of the board. Many of the votes for Davis were 'robo-votes' where institutions just vote mechanically for what ver the board proposes. But this surely means that some large shareholders including some institutional shareholders voted against the Ex MD ..... surely he must go ?? How is it he seems to be an automatic member of the proposed merged entity ..... this surely will be a factor why many DRM shareholders vote against the merger ??
