To date has there been any announcement, presentation that says concretely that an an actual finished battery (prototype or otherwise) has actually been assembled, and any information on how it performed. 

As far as I can tell these guys are hawking the three components required to make a battery, but haven't thought "hey, let's put them together and make a battery".

if I'm wrong, feel free to rip into me. But also attach a link to the article announcement etc. A picture would be nice too, with actual confirmation of performance.
