The thing is UTR were always aiming for December with their targets. In the last quarterly that had not changed. From my emails with Kobi he is very careful about what he can and can't say without release to the public domain.
So the question is who is selling and why. I don't think anyone has leaked anything. So I think selling is only from uncertainty, impatience and fear mongering. But not from knowledge!
Otherwise the main share holders, those in Ultra Charge itself, Kobi etc would have been selling. This has not been the case.
