Forgetting the share price for the moment.
As I see it, Kobi is an "entrepreneur" - a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the HOPE of profit.
The financial risk is taken on by the shareholders, Kobi gets paid on the way through by the shareholders. His personal risk is minimal.
Hope of profit = well this depends on whether he can deliver shareholder value or is just another amateur ill equipped to operate a public company.
I guess his fate and ours is linked to his capacity to deliver.
If he fails, we lose and he loses his reputation as an "entrepreneur" and goes back to getting a job like the rest of us.
Simple really.
