Those words..."Passed unanimously on a show of hands"...
When I attended the AGM 2 or 3 years ago - I was the only "external" shareholder present and they were extremely surprised that a shareholder who wasn't part of the "team" bothered to turn up. Not only that, but none of the Directors were present and Brett Mitchell (who rightfully appeared embarrassed) chaired the meeting.
I really do hope those who are still in eventually make a few quid out of this....
