BI maybe because the vote involved the harveys renumeration package. And the same will happen when there's a vote with FMS AND BBI. TOAD can't vote in any deal as it's a conflict of interests, as they are involved in both companies.
And when there is vote needed between FMS and BBI the ball is in our court and if the deal is not good for myself and SSH then i will be voting NO
