RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 20 NOVEMBER 2018
We advise that the Resolutions contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were approve at the meeting of shareholders today unanimously on a show of hands.
In accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act, we advise that proxy votes were received as noted on page 2.
No resolutions, other than those referred to on page 2, were put to shareholders.
