If you are making investments based on 'wanting it to go up' and 'hoping it doesn't get jinxed', then the only thing I can say is good luck, the casino is always open too.
I'm no expert, but IMHO this one is worth closer to 35 cents than 3.5 cents. That is not advice, or a prediction. Just the reason for my disposition, based on my own assessment.

Hotcopper comments don't change value of anything. Remember that if nothing else.
