I think this is looking like a very nice story over the next 3-5 years if things play out properly. With the tailwinds of infrastructure spend worldwide and a lean operation, with its very low market capitalisation, we could easily get 10-20x returns in that timeframe (will be lots of ups and downs and sideways though).
Still maintain my 45c target for next FY, they tend to be pretty conservative with guidance.
I am personally not a fan of the DRP idea, just concentrate on the business and the returns will look after themselves...
Correct me if I'm wrong, the Dividend Reinvestment provides a tax incentive for shareholders. It could also provide funds for the company for future growth. I'm not sure exactly how it all works.
They have also mentioned, with gearing at only 16%, they might use some debt to fund growth.
What's your reason for not being a fan of it, if you don't mind me asking?
