To remove the board and come up with 4 or so million to get is relisted is such a massive task/gamble and directors still have shares it wouls be so many troubles and never ending hassles just make a new ipo instead od dealing with this rot. Start a clean slate or buy a shell anything but this shipwreck. It is not s sensible decision i strongly feel
