Buckley(s) has much more of a chance of winning this year's AFL GF than of this particular company ever relisting again. That said, strike 1 did occur on Wednesday and the next AGM (if they hope to comply with CH1 + 2, etc) needs to be held by end Nov18 which means that the next REM vote is then. Not before. A 2nd strike may not necessarily result in the Board ultimately being rolled (especially where DofG are involved) but is likely to prove a poisoned chalice to most capital originators in the market (brokerages, capital markets, u/w, etc). There really are only so many times that some can suggest that the money is in the bank or on its way before - it's not.
