Anyone at the meeting able to advise if the Chair actually verbally added anything to his official remark "the board has recognised.....initiate a gradual process of board renewal" yet make no other reference. How, when, who? Not another word!
Just lip service which is why the renewal process is long overdue and now so desperately needed.
