An understatement.
I am still curious what happened to Paul Morrell becoming a Director on the back of "his" $5m placement for 37 million shares on the back of this announcement. A sophisticated investor with a strategic interest my derriere it was to head of a Board Spill and nothing more and now the votes are cast in favour of current incumbents wishes. Anyone wonder who controls these shares?

There is an easy out for the company of course but no update for shareholders.
This one is dead and joins the growing pile of other ASX failed dairy start-ups.
