235 odd million shares eligible to vote and yet the results show about 90 million at best cast votes for any one resolution...that is about 38% of shareholders took the effort and voted so with scant institutional support and most of the retail punters having given up and not bothering to vote it would appear this was a milk run for the Board and friends and will continue to be so until the milk runs out...wonder when that will be.
