Zhang & co hold 90 mil shares, ACA partners hold 40 mil. Together they hold 130 mil shares
in January, only 150 mil shares vote in favour of Zhang proposal.
35 mil shares is currently own by the distributors.
This means at least 1/2 of the 35 mil shares owned by the Distributors voted against Zhang's proposal. From memory, they pay somewhat 20 cents per share.
