    owners delay filling substantial holding notice, because they want to hide their true holding. Now, everyone knows how much they really hold...less than 35%, what is the point of hiding anymore?

    next report will be crucial, the auditor will leave no stone unturn. Now that they know the situation, otherwise the auditor just open themselves for litigation.
