It’s past tense now. The dilution was passed. Shareholders lost. Creditors and directors won. Subject to any legal proceedings it’s very unlikely to change. The SER crew were attempting procedural challenges in the meeting but they have very limited leverage as it played out. The administrator seemed happy to let this all play out. He was on the winner side of the meeting room. It was pretty grotesque really.
