As far as I can see, ZIP and S3R are the only two basement priced tech shells where you can actually scrape together a half decent sized parcel, without moving price in a big way. OMT and TTL are also attractive but no liquidity.
$10m mc here on any hint of bc/crypto activity is quite feasible, which is 6.6cps. RFN currently sitting at $15m mc on a single investment and got to an intraday high of $20m mc.
FGF OOK BPG, all sitting between $15-20m mc. Just need that initial spark to get the market's attention.
