Sorry for the confusion, they are buy orders (not buys), for 0.003, placed at 10am (9am in Brizzie).
Chi operates a day-only system meaning no orders rest overnight, so all stocks open at 10am allowing for queue priority daily. Chi does not operate an opening and closing auction.

Respectfully, I have spelt this out clearly in past posts - the Mill is delaying us - the Mill is not ready as yet.

IMO, the Mill's readiness (re-commissioning) and ILUA/ML will happen consecutively (one after another, in logical sequence), for reasons discussed.

Not exactly sure about rates, just that there is a dispute regarding outstanding rates with Etheridge Council, charged against the Mill (or ML that the Mill is located on) under its previous owners and the administrator.

Also discussed at the AGM, the Mill is awaiting elution parts to arrive from overseas. They are expected to arrive prior to Xmas.
