I really appreciate all the positives that you listed that we can "potentially" look forward to and ARE keeping most of us in anticipation mode.
BUT, let's be completely up front, what do you believe to be the negatives that ARE delaying all of those positives that you mentioned?
What IS holding up the TO agreement? WHEN did the negotiations COMMENCE?
What's that "problem" about the rates that was mentioned at the AGM? Does that affect both Agate Creek and the Georgetown plant? IS the EOPL plant ready to operate?
