The Chairman runs the show, in accordance with standard meeting protocol.
Voting is either a show of hands, or by pole.
Presumably it was by pole, therefore results were known prior to the meeting.
Shareholders were advised: The Chairman of the Meeting intends to vote undirected proxies in favour of each item of business.
