There are indeed a lot of reasons to choose from:

1. Perhaps current drilling in NZ is nearing completion -
30 Nov 2017:
"Diamond drilling commenced yesterday with the hole late yesterday at 5.5m - the hole is expected to reach its target depth of 800m before Christmas."

2. Perhaps the search for a new partner in NZ is nearing completion -
01 Nov 2017:
"Laneway continuing discussions with possible new joint venture partners."

3. Perhaps the $375,000 acquisition of Ashford is nearing completion -
30 Oct 2017:
"Completion of the acquisition is expected to occur in December 2017."

4. Perhaps it's the recently completed updated resource estimate for Ashford -
20 Nov 2017:
"In order to upgrade the resource in accordance with the JORC Code, 2012 Edition, the new global resource estimate of 14.8 million tonnes composes 6.5 Million tonnes of Indicated coking coal resources and 8.3 Million tonnes of Inferred coking coal resources within EL 6324."

5. Perhaps the Agate Creek ILUA is close to execution -

"......with the expectation of mining and processing still starting this year."

6. Perhaps the third party agreement with EOPL is close to finalisation -

"A detailed toll treatment agreement is currently being formalised between the parties, with the expectation of mining and processing still starting this year."

7. Perhaps the Mill is ready -
01 Nov 2017:
"3rd party processing options - the Georgetown Mill is currently being taken off Care and Maintenance with re-commissioning of the mill advised by its operator as being expected to be completed prior to the end of 2017."

8. Or perhaps it's Chris Wallin's takeover bid for the Woolgar Gold Project (which lies just to the south of Agate Creek).
